I'm running late! Will you hold my table?

Yes, of course! We will automatically hold your table for 15 mins and will try to contact you if we don't hear from you to ensure you're still attending.

You can let us know you're running late by responding to the booking confirmation text message.

Please note: Due to other bookings, we cannot guarantee an extended seating time if you're running late.

How long do I have to enjoy my meal?

Our seating times are dependant on the amount of guests attending, if the below times aren't suitable, please email us at reservations@ischia.com.au

  • 1–3 guests - 1.5 hrs
  • 4–8 guests - 2 hrs
  • 10+ guests - 2.5 hrs
  • Functions - 3 + hrs

Please note: Bookings of 10+ will not be accepted on Friday & Saturday evenings unless booking an entire area/venue – enquire through reservations@ischia.com.au

Do you allow BYO?

Our customers are welcome to BYO wine, there is an $11.00 per bottle corkage charge. We do not allow BYO for beer & spirits.

Are you fully licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed. We have a large variety of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails available.

Do you offer gluten free & vegan options?

We offer gluten free options as a part of our menu. Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten free pizza.

Many items on our menu can be altered to be vegan friendly.

Can you alter meals for dietary requirements?

We are more than happy to offer an alternative option which will be suitable for your needs.

Can I bring a cake?

Customers are welcome to supply their own cake, our staff will gladly cut, plate & serve the cake for you at $2 per person fee. There are also a variety of delicious cakes available on our dessert menu.

Do you have parking?

We have limited parking spaces located & signed at the back of Ischia on Beaufort, there is also plenty of street parking available, please note a fee may be payable for street parking. Ischia on Claisebrook has plenty of street parking available.

Do you have disability access?

Both Ischia on Beaufort & Ischia on Claisebrook are wheelchair accessible, however, we do not have disability friendly bathroom facilities at Ischia on Beaufort.

How do I make a booking for a function?

You can make an online booking through our website or alternatively email us: reservations@ischia.com.au, one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist and answer any questions you may have.

How do I make a regular table booking?

Bookings can be made through our online booking system or by emailing us at reservations@ischia.com.au

Do you have a private dining room?

We do not have a private dining room as such, but we can offer our alfresco area at Ischia on Beaufort which can hold up to a maximum of 50 people at any one time. Ischia on Claisebrook can hold a maximum of 40-50 people seated and 70 guests cocktail style. For larger events, the Main Dining area at Ischia on Beaufort can be booked. Please note, minimum spend fees apply. For more information, please contact us using our Function Form.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash, card & pay ID.

Please note: A 1% surcharge applies to all card payments. There is no surcharge for cash or PayID.

Why do you need my card details when booking?

We require a card be kept securely on file through SevenRooms to secure bookings. Cards will be charged in the event of last minute cancellations or changes to party size – this will incur a $10pp fee.

We require 24hrs notice for cancellations/changes to party size for regular bookings.

For bookings with a set menu, the number of guests confirmed 24 hrs prior is the minimum charged.

If a paylink is sent and NOT filled in, the booking will be cancelled.

How do I claim my hugs?

You can claim your hugs by either letting our friendly staff know of your intention when making payment in-store or by placing an order online; while checking out, simply use the contact details attached to your Hugs account, scroll to the section titled 'REWARDS' and click 'Select a reward'.
